MYC develop fundamental movement and skills programs to build and improve:
- Physical literacy
- Coordination
- Fitness and strength
- Improve balance and spatial awareness.
- Teamwork and confidence
- Problem Solving
Programs can be individualised to fit the schools desires and can be held at either of our locations or at the school. Programs typically run for a number of sessions over a few weeks to a full term. Please send enquiries to Amanda at finance@mycgymnastics.org.au.
